Submitting a form, inquiry, or tour request through the Site does not create a binding reservation or contract and does not guarantee availability of any date or service. Any event booking is governed exclusively by a separate, signed venue rental agreement between you and The Manor at 12 Oaks. Pricing, packages, promotions, and availability described on the Site are subject to change and may expire without notice.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
