We require a 34% down payment to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. Payment options are available.
Yes, we will have event staff on-site during your entire celebration!
Alcohol is permitted at The Manor. For your convenience, we have partnered with ABC Liquors to provide you with all your beverage needs, including a complimentary consultant to help determine selection and quantities for your event. As an added benefit, ABC will deliver your selections to The Manor prior to your event. Should you choose to provide your own alcohol, please refer to our policies and procedures. You may select from one of our preferred bartending partners who will stock your bar prior to the ceremony and will collect all unused bottles at the end of the evening.
The Manor's wedding hours are dependent upon the package chosen. Typically this is between 12–14 hours.
Yes, we have an entire floor that includes a comfortable and chic lounge space, two restrooms, a food and beverage niche, separate dressing room, as well as a beauty parlor area with plenty of mirrors, ideal for hair and makeup.

Yes, we have a separate carriage house that we have transformed into the perfect wedding party hangout. Complete with a 60" television, bar area, pool table, private dressing room and outdoor space for corn hole, horseshoes, and other outdoor activities.
