We require a 34% down payment to reserve your date. A midterm payment of 34% percent is due halfway between booking and the event date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 300 guests in our outdoor spaces, and 100 guests for our indoor accommodations.
Since you are a primarily outdoor venue, what's the plan B if it rains?
We have you covered! For full wedding bookings with more than 50 guests, an elegant 30' x 90' white gable top tent is included as a rain plan option. We also offer beautiful indoor and covered ceremony backup locations, ensuring your wedding day remains seamless, stress-free, and beautiful—rain or shine.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets as part of your wedding celebration with prior approval and proper supervision throughout the event.
How close are you to hotels & local entertainment?
There are several hotel options within 25 minutes of The Manor.
Can I use my own vendors?
You can use your own vendors as long as the vendors of your choosing are properly licensed, insured, and approved by The Manor.
Do I need to hire a wedding planner?
Yes, we require a professional and insured wedding coordinator for each event.

What is the alcohol policy?
Alcohol is permitted at The Manor as long as it is served by a licensed and insured bartender. No self service alcohol of any kind is permitted.
What is the timing of a typical wedding day?
The Manor's wedding hours are dependent upon the package chosen. Typically this is between 12-14 hours. All outdoor music must end by 10PM.
Do you require event insurance?
Yes. All events are required to carry an Event Insurance Policy. To make the process as simple and affordable as possible, we've partnered with Event Helper, where our couples can purchase the required coverage in just a few minutes. Policies typically range from $70–$150, depending on your event date, guest count, and other event details. Please follow the link below for more information.
Do you host more than one wedding per day?
No. We host only one event per day, ensuring you have exclusive access to the property during your contracted event time.
