Steven Magiera

Owner & Chief Events Officer

After decades as a CFO in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, Steven traded boardrooms for barn doors and began a new chapter as Owner and Chief Events Officer at The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm. For the last 8 years, he’s been the behind-the-scenes force who keeps everything running—literally. From building ceremony arches and maintaining 42 acres of grounds, to ensuring every chair is perfectly straight before guests arrive, Steve’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence set the tone for everything we do.

What started as a retirement investment quickly became a passion project rooted in hospitality and service. Steve brings a strong work ethic, hands-on problem solving, and a heartfelt belief that the client’s vision is the top priority. His favorite part of a wedding day? Hearing the joy and gratitude from couples and guests at the end of the night.

When he’s not making magic happen at the venue, you’ll find him cooking up something delicious or restoring his antique TR6 with the same care he gives to every event. Steve has been married to his wife, Ariann, for 25 years and is a proud dad to three amazing kids. His goal? To exceed expectations, every time.

Manager & Sales & Client Service

With a decade of experience in the wedding world and a background in coordination, Ashton brings a planner’s brain and a party-lover’s heart to every celebration at The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm. She’s the one answering your emails, leading your tours, writing your contract, coordinating vendors, setting the scene, and yes—probably dancing near the fire she built for the s’mores bar.

Her favorite moment? The grand entrance to the reception, when the real party begins. Known for being fun, detailed, and deeply personal, Ashton’s goal is to make every couple feel like they’re her only priority (and maybe her new best friend). When she’s not bringing wedding days to life, you’ll find her with an iced coffee in hand, soaking up sunshine at the beach or winning game night.

Her best planning advice? Add a little you to everything—whether it’s a custom game table or hand-crafted details. It’s your day, after all.
