Instead of a regular guest book, have a photo guest book or a video guest book where guests can leave a short congratulations sentiment. We have also seen a telephone voice recorder where when someone picks up the telephone, it records them saying congratulations or offering you their best marriage advice.

It’s okay to have only cash on your registry as opposed to formal gifts! That way you and your partner can use the cash wedding gifts after the wedding towards the honeymoon or on a shopping spree together.
Reception Dress
More and more couples are changing out of their formal wear for the ceremony into party clothes for the reception. Wedding dresses are heavy and can get pretty warm, so changing into a more breathable and movable dress for the dance floor is a great idea.
